Sunshine Botanicals wholesale pricing is available only to licensed aestheticians, skin spas, medical facilities, wellness centers and select retailers. In order to purchase products at wholesale pricing level, you must become an established account. Please contact your sales representative or call 866-907-9546 to receive the application form. Your account will become active when we have received your completed account info form,professional license number and a copy of your state sales tax ID certificate or reseller account number. The corporate office must receive these documents before your order will be processed. Sunshine Botanicals evaluates the location of each new account request as it relates to existing Sunshine Botanicals professional accounts and will review any potential conflicts on an individual basis.

2. Sunshine Botanicals products may not be sold through any third party web site, such as E-Bay, Amazon or other online retail platforms, including your business website. Violation of this policy will result in the loss of your wholesale account.

All orders under $500.00 have a $15 Flat Fee Shipping & Handling Charge
All Professional Orders are shipped using UPS unless otherwise requested.
Please allow up to 7-10 working days for shipment.
Any damaged shipment must be reported within three (3) working days of order receipt.
We attempt to avoid backorder situations, but from time to time it happens. Even though we may not be aware of anything on backorder at the time you place the order, it can happen between the time the order is placed and the time the order ships. There are 2 options for backorders:
Option #1 – You can choose to leave the item off of your order, and reorder it once it is back in stock. If your order is already prepaid, we will issue a refund for those items.
Option #2 – The other option is to leave the item on backorder in prepaid status. Prepaid backorder items are automatically shipped immediately upon the item returning to in-stock status, with no additional shipping charges.Although we try to give you an estimated time when the item or items will be back in stock, items may arrive sooner (or later) than we estimate.
Normally we notify you of any backordered items when you place your order and allow you to decide which option you prefer. However, we will call or email you to decide which option you prefer if we become aware of backordered items after you place your order. If we are unable to obtain a response from you, we will leave the item on prepaid backorder status unless you notify us otherwise. Whichever choice you make, you can always
change your mind at any time!
Please call our office toll free at 866-907-9546 for return merchandise authorization and instructions. Sunshine Botanicals has a 30 day money back policy if a customer is not happy with their products. If a customer returns product they are unhappy with to you, it must be within 30 days of their purchase from you. Please issue a refund to the customer and contact us immediately. We will immediately send a replacement for you to return to your inventory, along with a pre-paid return shipping label for you to send the product the customer returned back to us. Using the same box and packing materials, pack the returned item/items inside, seal the box, put the return shipping label on the outside, and drop it with the appropriate carrier service. Using this method, you will not incur any shipping costs for replacement of customer returned merchandise. Failure to follow this procedure and send back the customer returned merchandise will require any future customer returns to be sent at your expense, after obtaining return merchandise authorization, and received by us before we send replacement merchandise.
