About seven years ago, I contracted chicken pox.  It was the second time for me so for those who say you can't get it twice in a lifetime, I can tell you otherwise!  Chicken pox is bad enough as an adult, but to compound things I came done with a life threatening staph infection.  As a result, I was required to take an extremely potent antibiotic injection for six straight weeks.

About a year later, fully recovered from the maladies, I began to experience an outbreak of pimples on my nose.  Though small, they would be extremely red.  "Blemishes" is not a strong enough word to describe how uncomfortably noticeable they were.

I've never had the greatest skin, even as an adult, but this was different.  It never let up....one pustule would go away only for another to take its place.  I eventually went to a dermatologist who diagnosed me with Rosacea.  He put me on a topical gel and oral antibiotic.

The gel was ineffective, and I had already had my share of antibiotics, and stomach problems that go with it, to know this wouldn't work.  Frustrated and determined to find a better way to treat this issue, I came across your web site during my research on the Internet.

After contacting you personally via your site and expressing my unique needs, you suggested I try your Cleanse and Clarify Exfoliating Wash, Raise the Bar for Sensitive and Fragile Skin (alternating their use AM and PM) Rescue Rapid Repair Serum, and Holistic Healing Mist.   I experience definite results and my blemish problem cleared very quickly. However, I felt like I was winning the battle but losing the war….  My skin would begin to clear but redness and spots would soon return. 

Thank goodness you weren't completely satisfied either Emily!  You took the time to discuss my Rosacea condition over the phone with me and turned your attention to the internal, rather than just the external, root of the problem.  You suggested Probiotics, Oregon Grape, and ALJ (herbal extracts and immune builders) to address the probable yeast/candida link to my condition. Items that came from another company – items you don’t sell.  You cared enough about my condition to share with me regardless if it made you a profit or not.

After several months now, I have seen drastic improvement.  My skin is not perfect, but the redness on my nose is substantially subdued.  Keep in mind, I have been trying to find a solution for almost seven years, and this is the best condition my skin has been in.  Whether my skin took a turn for the worse when I got the chicken pox, the staph infection, or taking the antibiotic, I can't say for sure, but I believe there was a connection.  I can say for sure the combination of treatment with your external products and the internal ones has definitely put me on a positive healing path.

Finally, I can most assuredly thank you for your genuine concern to those who use your products.  You want victory over unhealthy skin as much as those who experience it.

Emily, thank you so much for you wonderful products.  We used your Sol Essence Healing Infusion on a patient's open wound the inside of her right ankle.  The wound presents as a chronic condition due to being chemically poisoned by using  herbicides in her greenhouse.  Upon use of two drops of your product the would completely closed.  The next morning it still remained closed.  She is using one drop on the ankle per day which is bring about new skin.  Thank you again for your wonderful product!

I just want to thank you so much for my newest discovery!  I met you all at a Health, Beauty and Fitness show this summer at the Cobb Galleria. You did the Pumpkin Power Peel on my face during your demo.  At the time, I had some acne going on and troubled skin 7-8 months after baby was born etc… The following week I was in Palm Desert for our annual meeting  with one of our clients and my face was still glowing after that treatment! It felt great, I purchased the Cleanse and Clarify Exfoliating Wash and used it religiously 2X a day… my skin feels refreshed, clean, and the pores are not as visible! I also think it has helped with my pregnancy mask from 12 years ago.

Dear Emily, My name is Laurie Grayson.  I am the one you did a skin treatment on at Lea’s Natural Health Solutions in Knoxville, TN on January 17, 2006.  I just had to write to you and thank you for everything you have done for me. I have never had problems with my skin (except for blackheads in the chin and nose area) until after I had my little boy. Then I started breaking out and pretty stayed broken out for about two years. I am really enjoying your skin cleansing products!  They are so wonderfully refreshing and my skin has never felt so clean!  I have had such success with these products.  please understand, I don't have problem skin or any real tough issues, but your products have enabled me to not wear make up and have pretty, fresh looking skin and helps me feel good about myself.  I would highly recommend them since they don't have the harsh preservative components. I just have to tell you how blown away I am by the results for your Enlight-10 Botanical Brightening Serum! Recently I had the most exciting experience using your Cran-Zyme Body Polish and Bodylixir.  I have a client who has EXTREMELY dry, flaky skin. I received my first order of Sunshine Botanical products in June 2009 and started using them immediately. Shortly after, I sent you an email to let you know how thrilled I was with them.  I was blessed to have good skin as a teenager but once I hit my mid 30's, I started to have the odd breakout including a rash that would come and go on my chin.  No amount of antibiotics or creams or gels from my doctor could clear this up.  So I’ve just been putting up with it for the last 13 years thinking that nothing was going to cure it.....until I read the symptoms on your skin conditions page.  There it was......Adult Acne (hormones in chaos, breakouts?).  After emailing you and asking your advice, I purchased the Adult Acne kit and the Cleanse and Clarify Exfoliating Wash.
